Biochar, the Best Natural and Sustainable Way to Help the Planet

AZL and ARTi Reactor at the Arizona Facility

All of our products are sustainably sourced. Our biochar is made from waste products we create, allowing us to utilize all of our wood products. The Apache Sitgreaves National Forest, which is in our backyard, is where most of our wood items are grown. We use forest-sourced raw materials, and either machines or humans peel the posts. Round posts are our area of expertise. We also offer pressure treating services.

Transforming our wood residues into high quality biochar:

Transforming wood residues into biochar is a simple and sustainable solution for waste management, agriculture, and renewable energy.

Biochar is a form of charcoal that is produced through the process of pyrolysis, which involves heating biomass at high temperatures in a low-oxygen environment. This process creates a highly porous product that is rich in carbon and has excellent water and nutrient retention properties.

Wood residues are one of the most abundant sources of biomass, making it an excellent candidate for biochar production.

This biochar can be used in a variety of applications. One of the most significant benefits of biochar is its ability to improve soil health. When added to soil, biochar can increase water and nutrient retention, enhance soil structure, and support the growth of beneficial microorganisms. This, in turn, can lead to improved crop yields, reduced fertilizer and water requirements, and increased carbon sequestration in the soil.

In conclusion, transforming wood residues into biochar offers a range of benefits, from waste management to agriculture and renewable energy. As we strive to find sustainable solutions to the challenges facing our planet, biochar production from wood residues offers a promising way to reduce waste, support agriculture, and mitigate climate change.
