Big Scale Production
Our Pyrolysis Reactor produces premium biochar from woodchips and is designed to optimize the excess heat from the machine to heat a wood kiln avoiding the use of fossil fuels to dry wood products. Our new 5-reactor system will produce 12,000 yards of biochar each year which sequesters over 3,000 tons of CO2 annually.
Maximize Soil with Biochar
Biochar is the most versatile soil amendment on the market today!
Biochar is a form of charcoal produced specifically for use in soil. It is generated through a controlled process called Pyrolysis, in which the biomass is exposed to very high temperatures in the absence of oxygen.
The product that remains is a skeleton of pure carbon, with a very porous structure that has excellent benefits when applied to soil. Including water and nutrient retention, promoting microbial activity, and creating a permanent carbon structure in the soil.
